What are your consultation fees?
Initial consultations are UGX 100,000. This fee is credited to your account if you engage us for the matter. Complex matters may require a longer paid consultation.
How long does a land transfer take?
With all documents ready, a standard land transfer takes 21-30 working days. Delays occur if there are caveats, disputes, or missing documents. We handle due diligence to avoid surprises.
Do you handle cases outside Kampala?
Yes. We represent clients nationwide in all High Court circuits. Travel costs apply for matters outside Kampala and Wakiso.
Can you register my company?
Yes. We handle URSB company incorporation, name reservation, MEMARTS drafting, and post-incorporation compliance including TIN registration and trading licenses.
What documents do I need for a land purchase?
You need a copy of the title, sale agreement, passport photos, National ID, and search report. We advise getting a lawyer involved before paying any money.
